Hi there Griffon Lovers! We were contacted to help place an 8 yo female Griff, who is living in Idaho, in a group-Griff home! Her Dad wants her to live out her retirement years being spoiled, part of the household and family unit. Will consider only local area home, within reasonable driving distance. He writes me: 'Sophie was born 8-7-2015. Weighs 60#. She is the only dog I don't hunt, not her fault. I had 3 hip replacement's when she was a pup. She has a typical Griff temperament. She is a little independent and needs adult supervision or she will wander off and go hunting. She's not a big fan of long car rides I attribute that to a couple trips to Montana when she was a pup. She gets in fine just gets a little stressed. Does fine with other dogs, not reactive to the cat on the property.' Sounds like a well adjusted Girl. Will need to be spayed prior to placement; he is arranging that now. We request a phone interview to answer questions, an application, and home visit.
