Fizz (Border Collie/Dobie? mix) and Crackle (Pug/Beagle mix) arrived at a county shelter together but due to shelter policy were separated on arrival. After several weeks at the facility, both dogs ended up on the euthanasia list and were out of options. Fortunately, we had one spot open up at the sanctuary and because they could be housed together we took both. After being separated for nearly one month, Fizz and Crackle were overjoyed to reunite and we feel that they have such a special bond that they deserve to stay together, so we are hoping to find a special person who will make room in their hearts and lives for both of them. They are quiet, friendly once they know someone, and appear to have been treasured pets at some point.
